Our Premium Bar Mixes are made locally here in Tucson using only the freshest fruit puree and fruit juice to make a refreshingly delightful tropical cocktail, served with or without alcohol. No added colors or preservatives are used. Our mixes come in quart size and 1/2 gallons and are mixed 3 to 1. Our 1/2 gallon mix makes about 2.75 gallons once you add the alcohol, and you will typically get about 40 drinks per batch. Our mix is a VERY low water to mix ratio (3:1), which makes it the best available. Some competitors use a higher ratio mix such as 4:1 or 5:1 which will make 50-70 drinks per batch. Just remember ......... the lower the ratio, the more real fruit in the mix.
