We offer on-site grilling to full service catering from Mexican, Tropical, BBQ and anything in between.

Our specialty is authentic Baja Style Cuisine taken from the regions of Baja California and Mexico where the local "taquirias" are in abundant and succelent seafood reigns.

We provide plates, napkins, utensils and
serving utensils for all of our catering options
except for the drop-off in disposables.

All of our meats are marinated and grilled. We
use mesquite wood but can add or change
according to your preference.
